We serve Great British Fish and Chips to eat in or takeaway, along with a wide range of alternative dishes. We’re very proud of our ‘new look’ restaurant and hope you will love it too!

We aim to give you great food and drink and great service. We prepare and chip our potatoes fresh every day and aim to source as much as possible from our local area to bring you the best of the South-West.

In addition to our extensive Fish Menu we offer crisp fresh salads including local crab, a choice of well-filled sandwiches & pies. We also offer beefburgers with a variety of toppings.

A children’s menu is also available as are high chairs and baby-changing facilities.

Takeaway

The Wheelhouse Takeaway offers you all the traditional fish and chip shop family favourites to take home or sit by the beautiful River Dart and enjoy the view.

We are licensed and offer a range of beers, wines and cider.
However we only hold a restaurant licence and are unable to serve alcohol to you unless you are eating a meal.
Please don’t give the waiting staff a hard time, we would love to sell you just a drink….but these are the terms of our licence .
